Equipment evaluation — pump, filter, heater, salt system, automation, lighting. Plumbing visual inspection and pressure test (if accessible). Electrical safety check — GFCI, bonding, code compliance. Water chemistry analysis. Safety compliance review (VGB/VGBA drain covers, fencing, barriers). Estimated remaining useful life of major components. Prioritized repair/upgrade recommendations with budgetary cost estimates. Full written report with photos delivered within 5 business days. Everything rated, prioritized, and priced.
